Is anyone out there feeling the same why I am when they see this? I have to admit, I’m really sick of seeing people like Sean Penn, Kevin Spacey, Harry Belafonte, etc. meeting with Hugo Chavez. I suppose i should just shrug my shoulders and deal. But it burns me to no end to see people who have lived the American dream, turning on the country that produced that dream whenever it seems convenient to do so.

I wonder how Spacey and Penn feel about Chavez’s recent proposals for constitutional reform. One of the most controversial proposals Chavez is pushing for is perpetual re-election. Of whom, you ask? HIMSELF!! That’s right, if he has his way, Chavez will be regularly and automatically re-elected until such time that he gives up. Doesn’t sound very democratic to me. What do you think Sean and Kevin?
